Carolina focuses on deal evaluation and execution, portfolio support and investment strategy at NorthX. With over seven years of experience across early-stage venture investing, environmental consulting, and sustainability research, she brings a thorough analytical approach to support strategic decision-making.
Before joining NorthX, Carolina was an Associate at Cycle H2O, a Montreal-based water tech VC fund part of the Cycle Capital platform, investing in early-stage startups addressing critical water challenges. Previously, she worked as an Impact Investing Fellow at CapShift and was part of the climate deal team at the Yale School of Management’s Meng Impact Investment Fund.
Carolina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of British Columbia, as well as an MBA and a Master of Environmental Management from Yale University.
