NorthX is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan Koch as Chair of the Board of Directors. Susan has served on NorthX’s board since 2024, most recently leading the Audit Committee, and brings extensive experience in scaling venture-backed companies to her new role.
A seasoned cleantech executive, Susan has held senior finance leadership positions at four early-stage clean tech companies, including both General Fusion and Carbon Engineering. She has been part of teams that successfully guided these companies through commercialization and major funding rounds, building a strong track record in strategic finance, operations, and investor relations. Her expertise and leadership will be instrumental as NorthX continues to grow as a high-impact, mission-driven organization.
We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Dan Woynillowicz, who has served as Chair of the Board since NorthX’s founding in 2021. Dan’s leadership, vision, and steadfast commitment have been foundational to our early success and growth.
