Ka-Hay brings nearly two decades of experience across venture capital and impact investing to NorthX, where she leads investment strategy, portfolio development, and capital mobilization.
Before joining NorthX, Ka-Hay held leadership roles in corporate venture and impact funds cross Canada and international markets. Her work has focused on deploying early and growth stage capital into climate solutions, impact measurement and managing portfolio performance. She is known for helping institutions move beyond individual deals to build durable investment models that deliver financial and impact returns.
At NorthX, Ka-Hay is focused on driving investments that cut emissions, scale Canadian climate hard tech companies, and help build the supply chains and industries needed for a competitive low-carbon economy.
