Parham is a strategy leader at Teck Resources, where he focuses on building a Canadian mining champion with global reach and long-term relevance. His remit spans portfolio strategy, scenario planning, TSR road-mapping, and other strategic initiatives that drive durable value. He partners closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Management Team to translate strategy into results — advancing disciplined capital allocation, resilient project delivery, and measurable value capture in copper and other critical minerals essential to electrification and AI-driven infrastructure.
Previously, Parham was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group, advising institutional investors and funds on climate and sustainability strategy. As part of BCG’s leadership in fund strategy, operations, and climate tech, he drew on more than 15 years in the venture ecosystem across law, executive leadership, and strategic advisory. He has worked with venture capital firms, growth equity funds, and corporate and non-profit investors, offering a 360-degree perspective on innovation, investment, and impact.
