Elena Mitchell joins NorthX as Chief of Staff, providing the strategic operational backbone that allows the organization to scale its impact in climate hard tech innovation.
Prior to NorthX, Elena built her career in senior operations roles across the federal government, most recently as Director of Operations to the Minister of Environment and Climate Change. There she developed a reputation for translating complex policy ambitions into practical, executable strategies that actually worked.
She holds a degree in Environmental Economics and Public Policy from the University of Ottawa.
